SATURDAY'S SCHEDULE
9:30 AM - Registration
10:00 AM - Rehearsal
11:30 PM - Lunch (on your own)
1:00 PM - Performance @ Merle Hay Mall (near Food Court)
3:30 PM - Optional Performance @ Calvin Community

WHERE TO GO
Registration and rehearsal will be held at Merle Hay Mall in a vacant storefront (suite 323) near Sears. For easiest access, there is a parking ramp on the north side of the mall, between Sears and Kohls. See map for directions.

WHAT TO BRING
Music stand
Carols for a Merry TubaChristmas music book
(if you don't already have one, they will be available at the door or when you pre-register)
Your instrument (tuba, sousaphone, euphonium, or baritone only)
A $5 tax-deductible fee will be due at the door for all participants

WHAT TO WEAR
Dress is casual
Santa hats and festive holiday attire or accessories are encouraged.
Feel free to decorate your instrument as well.
Official TubaChristmas hats and scarves are also available at the door.
